I am not sure which way to go on this.

I am male, 36 and 14 stone at 5’7.

I have been drinking a lot of alcohol considering that my brother started out working a pub in 2002.

I am sure it’s to do with consuming. I have a historical past of gout right after a blood test on liver count was above a hundred, Problems is i get these attacks on the two legs at specified instances. I have been to hospital with cronic knee discomfort and they did not uncover a problem.

As it stands, i get the odd ache and pain now and then, but if i stop drinking, these difficulties commence.

Hi. I’m due to have a c-segment on February 24th. My feet and ankles are so swollen that I can not wear normal shoes. They even keep swollen with rest and when I stay off of them. I am nonetheless working due to my OB not letting me take maternity leave. I try out to sit as significantly as possible but I perform at a prison and it really is challenging to just to sit all night. i had a soccer game yesterday and i went on for my last shift and suddenly my foot began to hurt,as if my toes have been taped collectively and they could not move it was tough to run.nowadays at school it i had problems strolling to my lessons(i was sporting my converse footwear)at lunch i altered into some other footwear i had because they had better support for the bottom of my foot,it felt significantly better.now the bottom of my foot is swollen it feels gross to walk on simply because i can feel a bump when i walk on it,its quite big its by the outer side of the bottom of my foot,it hurts way worse to stroll on it with practically nothing on my feet(like with socks on) than it would to have shoes on.i also discovered a bruise on my toe its on the side like in in between the toes.this isn’t the very first time it has harm to stroll but I’ve never ever had swelling,i feel that the other instances it has harm to walk was from my converse shoes since they have no help on the bottom.does anyone know what i can do?

socks for swollen feet and ankles – 18 weeks, feet & ankles swollen badly–should i be concerned?

i moved this weekend, mainly Saturday. yesterday (sunday) my feet were so sore i could barely walk & my ankles have been so swollen they started out finding spider vein lookin factors & started seeking bruised (one particular worse than the other) i stayed off them as a lot as i could yesterday, but right now they’re still swollen (not as much) and i had to loosen my footwear (normall i just slip them on) & wear thin socks, and they still really feel tight.
my skin is also really dry, this started out about the same time…
i’ve been consuming plenty of water, but it doesn’t seem to be to aid.

must i be worried, or do i just require to drink much more water & consider it simple for a handful of days???
i am guessing it was from getting on my feet so considerably, they only get a bit puffy following a standard day & that goes away following obtaining residence & comforting…
the dry skin point could be from cleansing so much (the new place & the old) or from the new water (city water now, i was using properly water).
all i know i’m nevertheless sore & exhausted from moving! and i am glad i only have unpacking left to do!!
